• "Project Creators" refers to individuals or entities posting music-related projects.
• "Creative Music Heads" refers to composers, music supervisors, sound designers, and other music professionals.
• "Members" refers to all registered users of the platform, including Project Creators and Creative Music Heads.

3. Account Creation

• You must create a free account to access and use the platform. The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and updated as necessary.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

4. User Obligations

• You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
• You shall not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to misrepresentation, intellectual property infringement, or improper use of the platform.
• You are solely responsible for all content you post, including but not limited to proposals, submissions, and project descriptions. By posting content, you warrant that you own the rights to it or have the necessary permissions to use and share it on the platform.

5. Project Posting and Submissions

• Project Creators can post projects for free. Posting a project signifies that you intend to collaborate with a Creative Music Head or Member and provide compensation based on agreed terms.
• Creative Music Heads can submit proposals using submission credits. Each project submission will require submission credits, which can be purchased through the platform.
• The platform reserves the right to modify or remove any projects or submissions that violate the terms of this Agreement.
